After many months of getting surveys done and applications in we are at long last in a position to purchase St Barnabus Church hall, the building which over the course of the next 12 months will be transformed in to a modern and fully functional community center providing an office, prayer room, lecture hall and also a kitchen and cafe area for YWAM York. However not only will it be used as a facility for our YWAM Community, it will also be available for local groups and organisations to use and we plan to develop a range of programs and courses to reach out and serve the local people and youth in the area.

Over the next six months we aim to raise the £50,000 needed to complete the building and upgrade work and are also looking for people to partner with the ministry of YWAM in York on an ongoing basis.
